| 目的：探讨ER琢-29 位基因多态性与HBV 相关原发性肝癌（PHC）易感性的关系。方法：选择100 例HBV 相关原发性肝癌患
者作为研究组，另选择100 例健康体检者作为对照组。应用聚合酶链反应- 限制性片段长度多态性法检测两组ERalpha-29位基因多
态性。结果：研究组ERalpha-29位基因TT 和TC基因型分布高于对照组，而CC基因型分布低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.
05）；研究组T 等位基因频率高于对照组，而C等位基因频率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。T 等位基因发生PHC的
风险高于C等位基因（P<0.05）。结论：ER-alpha-29 位基因多态性与HBV相关原发性肝癌的易感性有关，其中T等位基因发生PHC

| Objective:To explore the relationship between ERalpha-29 gene polymorphisms and HBV -related hepatocellular
carcinoma.Methods:100 patients with HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma were selected as the research group, and another 100
healthy people were chosen to be the control group. Then the ERalpha-29 gene polymorphisms in the two groups were detected by the
polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results:Compared with the control group, the distributions of TT
and TC genotypes of ERalpha-29 gene in the research group were higher, and the distribution of CC genotype of ERalpha-29 gene was lower
with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the rate of T genotype of ERalpha-29 gene in the
research group were higher, and the rate of C genotype of ERalpha-29 gene was lower with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);
Compared with the C allele, the incidence of PHC of T allele carrier was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a relationship with
ERalpha-29 and HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma, and the T allele carrier can increase the risk. |
