| Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) is the biggest and most common type of herpes virus, HCMV infection with huge
harmfulness and high infection rate in Asia and Africa, currently, it is still lack of specificity drugs for the curement. During the course of
treatment, long-term application of antiviral drugs cause drug resistance problem, and the inhibition of immune function is closely related
