| 目的：探究患者降钙素原（PCT）和N 端前体脑利钠肽（NT-pro BNP）水平在评价脓毒血症患者生存状况的预测价值。方法：
本研究于2013 年6 月~2015 年6 月期间，选择在我院治疗的脓毒血症患者81例为研究对象，根据患者纳入研究后1 个月的生
存状况，将所有研究对象分为存活组（55 例）和死亡组（26 例）。分别测定患者PCT 和NT-pro BNP水平，并记录患者急性生理与慢
性健康状况（APACHEII）评分，通过ROC 曲线探究PCT、NT-proBNP对患者生存预后评估的价值。结果：死亡组患者PCT 水平及
APACHEII 评分均显著高于存活组，NT-proBNP 水平显著低于存活组患者（P<0.05）；PCT 与APACHEII 评分存在正相关关系
（r=0.311; P<0.05）；NT-proBNP 水平与APACHEII评分存在负相关关系（r=-0.289; P<0.05）；ROC 曲线显示PCT、NT-proBNP 水平
预测患者生存状况的敏感性（86.23%、82.01%）及特异性（80.89%、87.39%）均较高。结论：脓毒血症患者血清PCT 与NT-proBNP
水平在预测患者病情严重程度及生存状况方面具有重要价值。 |

| Objective:To explore the value of procalcitonin (PCT) and n-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) on
forecasting the survival condition in patients with sepsis.Methods:81 cases of patients with sepsis were treated in our hospital from June
2013 to June 2015 were selected as research objects, who were divided into survival group (n=55) and death group (n=26) according to
the survival condition one month after the research started. Detected the levels of PCT and NT-pro BNP, and recorded the acute
physiology and chronic health conditions (APACHEII) score of two groups, and evaluated the value of PCT and NT-proBNP on
forecasting the survival condition in patients with sepsis through receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve.Results:The level of PCT
and APACHEII score in death group were significant higher than survival group, and the level of NT-proBNP in death group were
significant lower than survival group (P<0.05); The level of PCT was positively correlated with APACHEII score (r=0.311, P<0.05), and
the level of NT-proBNP was negatively correlated with APACHEII score(r = -0.289; P<0.05); ROC curves showed that the level of PCT,
NT-proBNP had high sensitivity(86.23%, 82.01%) and specificity(80.89%, 87.39%) on forecasting the survival condition in patients with
sepsis.Conclusion:The level of PCT and NT-proBNP plays an important role on forecasting the severity of illness and survival condition
in patients with sepsis. |
