| 目的：检测前列腺癌及癌旁正常前列腺组织中RNA 结合蛋白QKI-5 的表达情况并分析其临床意义。方法：收集前列腺癌及
与之匹配的癌旁组织124 例，通过免疫组化染色、Western blot、实时PCR 方法检测其QKI-5 的表达水平，并分析QKI-5 的表达与
前列腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果：前列腺癌组织中QKI-5 蛋白及mRNA 表达水平均明显低于癌旁正常前列腺组织，并且随着
Gleason 评分的增高而降低(P＜0.05)。前列腺癌组织中QKI-5 的表达与其Gleason评分(r=-0.939，P＜0.05)、TNM 分期(r=-0.913，
P＜0.05)、血清PSA 值(r=-0.743，P＜0.05)均密切相关。结论：QKI-5在前列腺癌的发生发展过程中可能起抑癌基因的作用，并可能

| Objective:To detect the expression of RNA-binding protein QKI-5 in prostate cancer and normal prostate tissue and
analyze its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of RNA-binding protein QKI-5 in 124 cases of prostate cancer and matched
adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, western blot, real-time PCR, and the relationship between QKI-5 expression
and clinicopathological features of prostate cancer patients was analyzed.Results:The protein and mRNA levels of QKI-5 in prostate
cancer tissue were significantly lower than those in the adjacent normal prostate tissue, and with the increase in Gleason score, the
expression of QKI-5 gradually was decreased (P<0.05). The expression of QKI-5 in prostate cancer was closely correlated with the
Gleason score (r=-0.939, P <0.05), TNM staging (r=-0.913, P <0.05), serum PSA values ( r= -0.743, P <0.05).Conclusion:QKI-5 may
act as a tumor suppressor gene in the development of prostate cancer, and could be used as a reference for the diagnosis, disease
condition analysis and prognositic prediction of prostate cancer. |
