Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration (LTCBDE).Methods:124 cases of patients with gallbladder and common bile duct stones were collected, and all were divided into LTCBDE group
and laparoscopic choledocholithotomy T-tube drainage (LCTD group), 62 cases in each group. The operation situation, the efficacy and
safety of the two groups were compared. Results:The operative time, postoperative drainage time, flatus time, postoperative hospital stay
and the amount of fluid in LTCBDE group were significantly less than LCTD group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications and
recurrence rates in LTCBDE group were 3.23%, 1.61%, significantly lower than the 20.97%, 11.29% in LCTD group (P<0.05).Conclusion:LTCBDE has small wound, less patient pain, faster postoperative recovery, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate,
is a safe and feasible minimally invasive treatment for gallbladder and common bile duct stones, worthy of promotion in clinical
applications. |
