| 目的：探讨鼻唇沟扩张瘢痕皮瓣或瘢痕皮瓣修复烧伤后鼻翼缺损的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院于2006 年6 月至2012
年6 月收治的烧伤后鼻翼缺损患者18例。男性10 例，女性8 例，年龄6~64 岁，平均35.3 岁。其中面部深Ⅱ度烧伤12 例，Ⅲ度烧
伤6 例；病程8 个月~7 年。应用鼻唇沟扩张瘢痕皮瓣修复11 例，鼻唇沟瘢痕皮瓣修复7 例。缺损面积最大者为1.8× 2.5 cm2，最
小者为0.7× 1.3 cm2。结果：术后皮瓣全部成活，无并发症发生。18例鼻翼缺损患者外观均明显改善，皮瓣外形不臃肿，颜色、质地
与周围皮肤相近。术后鼻部瘢痕不明显，供区鼻唇沟无明显瘢痕增生。结论：保留残存鼻翼的解剖结构，利用鼻唇沟扩张瘢痕皮瓣
或瘢痕皮瓣重建鼻侧背部结构，是鼻翼缺损修复的良好方法。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of nasolabial expanded scar flap or scar flap on the repairment of burns nasal alar
defects.Methods:18 patients with burns nasal alar defects who were treated with nasolabial expanded scar flap or scar flap in our hospital
fromJune 2006 to June 2012 were selected, including 10 males and 8 females. The overall mean age was 35.3 years old (range, 6-64
years). Including deepⅡdegree burns in 12 cases, Ⅲ degree burns in 6 cases. The disease duration was 8 months to 7 years. There were
11 cases of nasolabial expanded scar flap and 7 cases of nasolabial scar flap. The maximum defect area was 1.8× 2.5 cm2 and minimum
was 0.7× 1.3 cm2.Results:All flaps survived and no complications occurred. The appearance of 18 patients with nasal alar defects was
significantly improved. The tex- ture and color of the flap were similar to adjacent skin. No obvious scar was observed at donor sites.Conclusion:Reserving the anatomi- cal structure of remaining nasal alar and the use of nasolabial expanded scar flap or scar flap to rebuild
nasal structure is a good method for repairing nasal alar defects. |
