| 目的：探讨前列地尔对脑梗死患者临床疗效和血清基质金属蛋白-9 (MMP-9）水平影响。方法：选取南京军区福州总院，福建
医科大学附属医院脑梗死患者480 例，根据是否应用前列地尔注射液随机分为对照组（240 例）和实验组（240 例）：比较两组患者
治疗临床疗效和NIHSS、BI评分及血清MMP-9 水平。结果：①实验组总有效率（94.17 %）明显高于对照组（80.83 %），P＜0.05；②
患者的MMP-9 水平均降低，与对照组比较，实验组降低明显，P＜0.05，以上差异均有统计学意义。③急性脑梗死患者血清中
MMP-9 水平与NIHSS 值呈正相关，与BI评分值呈负相关。结论：前列地尔能够明显降低MMP-9 水平，改善神经症状，改善
NIHSS、BI评分，具有较大的临床意义。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of alprostadil on the serum MMP-9 levels in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:480 cases of cerebral infarction patients from Nanjing Fuzhou Military Region General Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Fujian
Medical University were selected, according to whether the application of alprostadil injection were randomly divided into control group
(240 cases) and experimental group (240 cases).Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and NIHSS, BI score and
serum MMP-9 level.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group (94.17 %) was significantly higher than that of the control
group (80.83 %, P<0.05); The patients with MMP-9 were decreased, compared with the control group, the experimental group decreased
significantly, P < 0.05, the differences were statistically significant. The level of MMP-9 and NIHSS in serum of patients with acute
cerebral infarction was significantly positively correlated, was negatively correlated with BI score.Conclusion:Alprostadil can
significantly decrease the level of MMP-9, improve the neurological symptoms, NIHSS and BI score, which has great clinical
significance. |
