| 目的：研究再生基因4 (RegIV)和趋化因子CCL7 在胃癌中的表达及相关性。方法：选择2010 年3 月至2014 年3 月在我院
接受手术治疗的胃癌患者72 例作为研究对象。对比RegIV 及CCL7 在胃癌组织以及癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达情况，分析不同
病理参数对RegIV 及CCL7阳性表达的影响，RegIV 与CCL7 表达的相关性及影响RegIV 及CCL7 在胃癌中表达的危险因素。结
果：胃癌组织的RegIV 阳性率及CCL7阳性率均显著高于癌旁正常组织，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。有浆膜浸润、有淋巴
结转移以及TNM分期为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期者的RegIV 与CCL7 阳性表达率均显著高于无浆膜浸润、无淋巴结转移以及TNM 分期为0～
Ⅱ期者，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。经Spearman 法分析相关性可知，RegIV与CCL7 表达呈正相关。根据Logistic 回归分
析法可知，有浆膜浸润、有淋巴结转移以及TNM 分期为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期均为RegIV 及CCL7 在胃癌中表达的危险因素。结论：RegIV 与
CCL7均可在胃癌组织中呈现出较高的阳性表达，且二者与患者临床预后有密切关系，在临床治疗过程中值得关注与重视。 |

| ObjectiveTo study the expressions and correlation of regenerating islet-derived family member4 (RegIV) and CCL7
in gastric cancer.:Methods:Selected 72 gastric cancers who were underwent operation in our hospital fromMarch 2010 to March 2014 as
the research object. Compared the positive expression rates of RegIV and CCL7 between in gastric cancer tissues and in pericarcinoma
normal tissues, analyzed the influence of different pathological parameters on the positive expression of RegIV and CCL7, and the correlation
between the expression of RegIV and CCL7, to found out the risk factors for the expression of RegIV and CCL7 in gastric cancer.Results:The positive expression rates of RegIV and CCL7 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than pericarcinoma normal
tissues, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of RegIV and CCL7 in cancers with serosal invasion,
lymph node metastasis and TNMstage Ⅲ～Ⅳ were significantly higher than those cancers without serosal invasion, lymph node
metastasis and TNMstage 0～Ⅱ,all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed, the expression
of RegIV positively correlated with CCL7. And according to the Logistic regression analysis,with serosal invasion, lymph node
metastasis and TNMstage III ~ IV were the risk factors for the expressions of RegIV and CCL7 in gastric cancer.Conclusion:The positive
expression rates of RegIV and CCL7 in gastric cancer are very high, and they have a close relationship with the clinical prognosis,
which need to be paid more attention during the clinical treatment. |
