| 目的：探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗中重度妊娠期高血压综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取2013 年5 月-2014 年10 月我院收
治的中重度妊娠期高血压综合征患者70 例，随机将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组35 例。对照组患者应用硫酸镁治疗，研究组
患者给予硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压变化、血液粘度、24 h尿蛋白含量以及血细胞压积情况。结
果：研究组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后的血压水平显著低于治疗前，且研究
组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后的血液粘度、24 h尿蛋白含量及血细胞压积显著优于治疗
前，且研究组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗中重度妊娠期高血压具有较好的临床
疗效，能够显著改善患者的临床症状。 |

| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of magnesium combined with nifedipine on the treatment of
pregnancy-induced hypertension with different stages.Methods:70 cases with moderate to severe pregnancy-induced hypertension who
were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to November 2014 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,
with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were received the magnesium sulfate, while the patients in the study group
were given the magnesium combined with nifedipine. Then the clinical efficacy, the blood pressure, the blood viscosity, 24 h urine
protein and the hematocrit of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total efficiency rate of the study group was higher
than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After the treatment, the blood pressure of the two
groups were lower than before, and the study group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant differences
(P<0.05); After the treatment, the blood viscosity, 24 h urine protein and the hematocrit of the two groups were significantly better than
before, and the study group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesiumcombined with nifedipine in treatment of moderate to severe pregnancy-induced hypertension had better clinical efficacy, can
significantly improve the clinical symptoms. |
