| 目的：探讨青年乳腺癌患者p53的表达与临床病理特征的相关性分析。方法：选取我院收治小于35 岁乳腺癌患者35 例为实
验组，另选取35 岁以上乳腺癌患者为对照组。比较两组患者病理组织分级、淋巴结转移数目以及P53的阳性表达率。结果：实验
组P53 阳性率为82.86 %，高于对照组（65.71 %），P＜0.05；P53 阳性率随病理分级、淋巴结转移的增加而增高，经统计学分析呈正
相关，P＜0.05。结论：青年乳腺癌患者的P53 表达与病理组织学分级及淋巴结转移呈正相关，故p53 的表达有助于判定青年乳腺
癌患者的预后。 |

| Objective:To investigate the correlation analysis of the expression of P53 and the clinical pathological characteristics
in young patients with breast cancer.Methods:35 female patients less than 35 years old with breast cancer were selected as the
experiment group, and 35 patients over 35 years old were selected to be the control group. The pathological grade, the number of lymph
node metastasis and the positive expression rate of P53 were compared.Results:The positive expression rate of P53 in the experimental
group was 82.86%which was higher than 65.71 %of the control group (P<0.05); the positive rate of P53 was increased with the severity
of histological grade and lymph node metastasis, and the correlation analysis showed positive correlation between them (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of P53 in young breast cancer patients was positively correlated with the histological grade and lymph node
metastasis, which is helpful in prognosis of breast cancer in young patients. |
