| 目的：研究半永久性颈内静脉留置导管在血液透析中的临床价值。方法：选取2013 年10 月到2014 年10 月我院收治的半
永久性颈内静脉留置导管患者42 例（研究组），另选取同期人造血管内瘘患者42 例（对照组），分析两组患者的临床资料。结果：
研究组导管留置时间（23.2± 0.8）月显著长于对照组的（12.8± 0.8）个月，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组导管功
能不良和感染显著少于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组无显著不良反应发生，对照组有2 例止血困难，6
例血栓形成。结论：半永久性颈内静脉留置导管具有方便、不良反应少的优点，可应用于需要血液透析的患者。 |

| Objective:To study the clinical value of semi-permanent internal jugular vein catheter in hemodialysis.Methods:A total
of 84 patients, who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from October 2013 to October 2014, were selected and
divided into study group(n=42) and control group(n=42). The study group was given semi-permanent internal jugular vein catheter, and
the control group, artificial vascular fistula. The clinical data of two groups were compared and analysed.Results:The catheter indwelling
time (23.2± 0.8 months) of study group was significantly longer than that（12.8± 0.8 months) of control group, the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). Poor catheter function and infection of the study group were significantly less than those of the control
group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant adverse reactions in the study group, while there
were 2 cases of difficult hemostasis and 6 cases of thrombosis in the control group.Conclusion:Semi-permanent internal jugular vein
catheter has the advantages of convenient and less adverse reactions, which can be applied to the need of hemodialysis patients. |
