| 目的：检测miR196a、miR146a、miR27a 和miR200a 在结肠癌患者中的表达情况，研究差异miRNA 对结肠癌细胞功能的影
响。方法：用PCR检测miR196a、miR146a、miR27a 和miR200a 在结肠癌患者癌组织中的表达情况；用转染技术高表达和低表达
miR27a 后，检测结肠癌细胞的增殖能力和侵袭能力。结果：结肠癌组miR27a 的表达水平与正常组和大肠炎组相比显著增加（P<0.
05）；miR27a mimics转染组结肠癌细胞的增殖速度和侵袭能力显著增高（P<0.05），且miR27a inhibitors 转染组结肠癌细胞的增殖

| Objective:To detect the expression of the miR196a, miR146a, miR27a and miR200a in patients with colon cancer,
and discuss the effect of miR27a on colon cancer cells.Methods:The expression of the miR196a, miR146a, miR27a and miR200a in the
colon of patients with colon cancer was detected by PCR. The proliferation and invasion of colon cancer cells was detected by transfection
technique to increase or reduce the expression of miR27a.Results:Compared with the normal group and colitis group, the expression
of miR27a in the colon of the colon cancer group was increased significantly. For the miR27a mimics transfection group (P<0.05), the
proliferation and invasion of colon cancer cell was significantly enhanced (P<0.05), and the proliferation and invasion of colon cancer
cells was reduced significantly in the miR27a inhibitors transfected group(P<0.05). And the differences were statistically significant (P<0.
05).Conclusion:The expression of miR27a in the colon of patients with colon cancer is significantly increased, and miR27a can enhance
the proliferation and invasion capacity of colon cancer cells. |
