CT 值与茁-actin mRNA所得CT 值之差(△CT 值)表示,并进行差异性分析。结果:中心组织组TRF1 的△CT 值高于BPH 组织组,
差异有统计学意义(Z= -3.469,P =0.001);TRF2 的△CT 值分别为8.49 (5.75,10.21)和8.16 (6.28,9.75),差异无统计学意义(Z= -1.

Objective:To explore the expression of telomeric repeat binding factor 1 (TRF1), factor 2 (TRF2) and protection of
telomeres1(POT1) gene mRNA in prostate cancer(PCa).Methods:A total of 46 cases of PCa center tissues(as center tissue group), and
35 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) tissues (as BPH tissue group) were collected and extracted the total RNA and transcribed
into cDNA in reverse. The gene mRNA expressions of TRF1, TRF2 and POT1 were detected by quantitative PCR method. The
difference (△CT value) between the value of CT of gene mRNA and the CT value of beta -actin mRNA was analysed.Results:The
△CT value of TRF1 in center tissue group was higher than that of BPH tissue group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=
-3.469, P=0.001). The △CT values of TRF2 in center tissue group and BPH tissue group were 8.49(5.75, 10.21) and 8.16(6.28, 9.75), but
the difference was not statistically significant (Z= -1.719, P=0.086). The△CT value of POT1 in center tissue group was higher than that
of BPH tissue group, and the difference was statistically significant (t= -18.48, P=0.000).Conclusion:The high expression of TRF1 and
POT1 in PCa center tissue may be associated with the development and progression of PCa, but TRF2 shows no difference in PCa center
tissue and BPH tissue, which remains to be further studied. |
