Objective:To study the effect of soffor yellow combined with benazepril on the kidney function for patients with early
diabetic nephropathy.Methods:120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Aug 2014 were
randomized into the control group (soffor yellow) and the observation group (soffor yellow combined with benazepril), 60 patients per
group. The TCM syndrome changes on pre- and post-treatment and clinical efficacy, the level changes of serum CysC, Hcy, Scr and
BUN, and fasting blood-glucose (FBG), two hours after a meal blood sugar (2h PG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) in the two groups
were observed and compared. Results:Compared with pre-treatment, the TCM syndromes socres and the leves of FBF, 2hPG, HbA1C,
Cys C, Hcy, Scr, BUN were significantly reduced on post-treatment in both groups (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the TCM
syndromes socres and the leves of FBF, 2hPG, HbA1C, Cys C, Hcy, Scr, BUN were significantly reduced in the observation group on
post-treatment (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group
(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of soffor yellow combined with benazepril could better improve the kidney function of patients
with early diabetic nephropathy and was worthy of clinical promotion. |
