| 目的：探讨硫辛酸联合低分子肝素钠对子痫前期患者胎盘组织Endoglin、VEGF、F1t-1 的影响及临床意义。方法：选取我院收
治的子痫前期患者108 例，每组各54 例，对照组予低分子肝素钠100 IU/kg，日一次静点。实验组在对照组的基础上，加以硫辛酸
注射液600 mg溶于250 mL生理盐水静脉滴注，日1次，7 天为1 个疗程，治疗1 个疗程。治疗后，观察比较两组患者的血压情况，
及胎盘组织中Endoglin、VEGF、F1t-1 的水平以及临床疗效。结果：①治疗后，两组患者胎盘组织中Endoglin、Flt-1蛋白表达下降，
VEGF蛋白表达升高，且实验组变化更显著，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。②治疗后，两组患者的临床疗效均有所提高，且实验组
明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。③治疗后，两组患者的血压情况均有所改善，实验组明显优于对照组，差异有统计
学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：硫辛酸联合低分子肝素钠治疗子痫前期，能够降低胎盘组织中Endoglin、Flt-1 蛋白表达，提高VEGF蛋白
表达，从而降低血压，改善患者的临床疗效，值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective:To explore the effect of gastrodin combined with low molecular heparin sodium on Endoglin, VEGF, F1t-1
of placenta of patients with preeclampsia and the clinical significance.Methods:108 patients with preeclampsia in our hospital were
selected, 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium 100 IU/kg, on a static point.
On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was administered Gastrodin injection 600 mg dissolved in 250 mL normal
saline intravenous drip, once a day, 7 days for 1 course, totally 1 course. After treatment, the level of Endoglin, VEGF, F1t-1, and blood
pressure, clinical curative effect was observed and compared.Results:①After treatment, Endoglin and F1t-1 in the placenta decreased
and VEGF increased, and the experimental group was significantly than the control group (P<0.05). ② After the treatment, the clinical
curative effect of two groups of patients were improved, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③ After treatment, the blood pressure of two groups of patients were improved, the
experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrodin combined with low molecular heparin sodium can reduce the expression of Endoglin, Flt-1 protein, increase the expression of
VEGF in the placenta in the treatment of preeclampsia, thereby reduce the blood pressure, improve the clinical efficacy of patients. |
