Objective:To investigate the factors of hip osteoarthritis patients survival quality and its influence.Methods:60 cases
of hip osteoarthritis patients as the observation group, and 60 healthy persons who had physical examination in our hospital during the
same period as the control group. Apply the SF-36 quality of life scale to compare scores of dimensions between observation group and
control group, and analyze the factors influencing the quality of life of patients with confirmed hip osteoarthritis.Results:① Patients in
observation group had lower scores of each dimension than that those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant
(P<0.05); ② Through the Pearson single factor analysis, the comprehensive scores of SF-36 scale had statistically significant difference in
gender, occupation, course of disease, therapeutic prospect, internal chronic diseases, 10 mwalking speed and K-L classification between
two groups (P < 0.05~0.01); ③By multivariate Logistic regression analysis, the risk factors affecting the life quality of hip osteoarthritis
patients included the course of the disease (beta=0.772, S.E.=0.689, Wald=34.027, P < 0.05, OR=1.99), the prospects for cure (beta=0.778, S.
E.=0.542, Wald=55.638, P < 0.05, OR=1.88), the number of chronic diseases in Department of internal medicine (beta=0.929, S.E.=0.301,
Wald=12.382, P<0.05, OR =1.72), 10 mwalking speed (beta=0.661, S.E.=0.381, Wald=19.929, P<0.05, OR=1.69) and K-L classifica- tion
(beta=0.992, S.E.=0.526, Wald=28.371, P<0.05, OR=2.31).Conclusion:The hip osteoarthritis patients had obviously poorer life quality
than healthy persons. Risk factors like course of disease, therapeutic prospect, internal chronic diseases, 10 m walking speed and K-L
classification greatly affected the quality of life of hip osteoarthritis patients. |
