要目的:分析婴幼儿脓毒症患者早期炎性细胞因子及血培养检测的临床意义。方法:随机选取我院2012 年2 月至2014 年5
月住院治疗的婴幼儿脓毒症患者60 例为观察组,并选取同期的健康婴幼儿61 例为对照组,观察两组降钙素原(PCT)、软骨糖蛋
白39(YKL-40)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平及血培养阳性率。结果:观察组治疗前PCT、YKL-40、hs-CRP、
WBC 水平及血培养阳性率与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗前后的PCT、YKL-40、hs-CRP、WBC 水平及血
培养阳性率均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);多项联合在各时期的敏感度均高于单项检测,且五项联合在各时期的敏感度均最高,12h
后均为100%。结论:PCT、YKL-40、hs-CRP、WBC 水平及血培养可用于婴幼儿脓毒症诊断,且五项联合的诊断敏感度最高。 |

Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of early inflammatory cytokines and blood culture in Infants sepsis.Methods:Choose 60 infants sepsis treated in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2013 as the observation group and 61 healthy infants
at the same period as the control group. The levels of procalcitionin (PCT), Human cartilage glycoprotein-39(YKL-40), high sensitivity
c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), White blood cell count (WBC) and positive rate of blood culture in this two groups were observed.Results:The levels of PCT, YKL-40, hs-CRP, WBC and positive rate of blood culture between observation group and control group has
statistical significance (P<0.05), while it also has statistical significance between pre-therapy and post-therapy in observation group(P<0.
05).The sensitivity of several joints was higher than single index and five joints were the highest whose sensitivity was 100% after 12
hours.Conclusion:The serumlevels of PCT, YKL-40, hs-CRP, WBC and positive rate of blood culture can be used to judge Infants sepsis
and five joints has the highest sensitivity. |
