| 目的：探讨丙种球蛋白联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症手足口病（HFMD）患儿的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013 年
1 月至2014 年1 月收治的重症HFMD 患儿80 例，按随机数字表法平均分为两组，研究组及对照组各40 例。对照组患者在常规
治疗基础上给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗，研究组患者给予丙种球蛋白联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗，比较两组患儿治疗疗
效，发热、疱疹、神经系统受累症状消退时间及住院时间。结果：研究组患儿治疗总有效率为97.5%，明显高于对照组87.5%，比较
差异具有统计学意义（x2=3.85，P＜0.05）。研究组患儿发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间、神经系统受累症状消退时间及住院时间均明
显短于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：丙种球蛋白联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症HFMD 患儿疗
效显著，可有效改善患儿临床症状，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate
injection in treatment of children with severe hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD).Methods:80 cases of children with severe HFMD
who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, they were randomly divided into two groups according to the
number table method, the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with
methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection on the basis of conventional therapy, while the study group was treated with gamma
globulin combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection, then compared the curative effect, fever subside time, herpes
subside time, nervous system involvement symptoms subside time and hospitalization time between two groups.Results:The total
effective rate of study group was 97.5%, significantly higher than 87.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant
(X2=3.85, P<0.05). Fever subsided time, herpes subsided time, nervous system involvement symptoms subside time and hospitalization
time of study group were significantly shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection has an obvious curative effect in treatment of children
with severe HFMD, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and it is worth applying to the clinical field. |
