| 目的：探讨腹腔镜和开腹手术对结直肠癌根治术患者外周血鸟苷酸环化酶C（GCC）mRNA 和人端粒酶逆转录酶（hTERT）
mRNA 表达的影响及其意义。方法：按照随机数字表法将2009 年8月-2014 年4 月我院收治的结直肠癌患者分为腹腔镜组和开
腹手术组，通过逆转录- 聚合酶链反应技术（RT-PCR）检测并比较两组患者外周血GCC mRNA 和hTERT mRNA的表达情况。结
果：与开腹手术组相比较，腹腔镜组患者手术时间长、术中出血量少、术后排气早、住院时间短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组
患者手术前GCC mRNA和hTERT mRNA阳性率无显著差异（P>0.05）；两组患者手术后GCC mRNA和hTERT mRNA阳性率显
著升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜和开腹手术均会增加结直肠癌患者血行微转移，但腹腔镜结直肠根治术不会增
加术后肿瘤血循环微转移的危险性。 |

| Objective:To investigate the expressions and significance of GCC mRNA and hTERT mRNA in the peripheral blood
of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from August 2009 to April 2014 were divided
into the laparoscopic group and the open surgery group. Then the RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of GCC mRNA and
hTERT mRNA of patients, and the results were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of laparoscopic group
was longer than that of the open surgery group, but the blood loss, the postoperative exhaustation and the hospitalization were less than
those of the open surgery group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant
difference about the positive expression rate of GCC mRNA and hTERT mRNA in two groups before the operation (P>0.05). The
positive rates of GCC mRNA and hTERT mRNA after operation in two groups were higher than before, and the differences were
statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using laparoscopic and open radical operation treatment for colorectal cancer will increase
the likelihood of blood micrometastasis, but laparoscopic colorectal resection dose not increase the risk of postoperative micrometastasis
of tumor blood circulation. |
