| 目的：分析探讨肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理措施，为总结临床有效护理效应提供依据。方法：回顾性分析我院2010
年1 月至2013 年4 月间收治的78 例肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理措施的临床资料。结果：经过相应的治疗和护理，病情
好转46 例，死亡25 例，另外7 例患者病情缓解出院。其中多脏器功能衰竭死亡患者22 例。结论：积极有效的治疗和护理措施，能
改善患者的病情，提高治疗效果，延长患者生存期。 |

| Objective:To analyze the nursing methods on patients suffered from tuberculosis with respiratory failure and provide
theoretical nursing basis for clinical nursing.Methods:78 patients who suffered from tuberculosis with respiratory failure were chosen
from January 2010 to April 2013. The clinical nursing has been analyzed.Results:After treatment and relative nursing, 46 cases' conditions
improved, 25 cases died and the other 7 cases hospital discharge. 22 cases died from multiple organ dysfunction syndromes among
the 25 cases.Conclusion:It's good for patients suffered from tuberculosis with respiratory failure to get effective treatments and nursing
methods. |
