| 目的：探讨长春西汀联合巴曲酶治疗老年突发性耳聋的疗效及对血液指标的影响。方法：选择我院140 例老年突发性耳聋
患者，随机分为两组，每组各70 例。研究组患者给予长春西汀联合巴曲酶治疗，对照组患者仅给予巴曲酶治疗。观察并比较两组
患者的临床疗效、血液流变学指标及纯音听阈值的变化情况。结果：研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意
义（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切及红细胞压积明显改善，研究组改善程度优
于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后纯音听阈（PTA）值均较治疗前降低，研究组低于对照组，差异具有统计
学意义（P<0.05）。结论：长春西汀联合巴曲酶治疗老年突发性耳聋的疗效显著，可有效改善患者血液流变学指标及血管微循环，抑
制血栓形成，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of vinpocetine and enzyme on the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:140 elderly patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 70
cases in each group. The patients in the study group were treated with vinpocetine and enzyme, while the patients in the control group
were given the enzyme. Then the clinical effects, blood rheology indexes and PTA values of patients in the two groups were observed
and compared before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical effect of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that
of the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); Compared with before, the hemorheology indexes, high viscosity,
low viscosity and red blood cells deposited level of patients in the two groups obviously improved, and the study group was better than
that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The PTAvalue of patients in the two groups decreased
than before, and the study group was lower than that of the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Vinpocetine and enzymes in the treatment of sudden deafness has better curative effect, which can effectively improve the index of blood
rheology in patients with level and vascular microcirculation and inhibiting thrombosis. |
