      目的:探究凝血、纤溶和纤维化与慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染状态的关系。方法:选取我院收治的慢性乙型病毒肝炎患者120 例,经检测后将患者分为免疫清除组40 例、免疫耐受组40 例、非活动性组40 例和对照组40 例,分别检测每组患者的凝血功能、 纤溶和纤维化的水平以及统计与感染状态的相关程度。结果:与对照组相比,其余各组凝血功能降低(P<0.05),纤溶和纤维化水 平明显升高(P<0.05);与非活动组和免疫耐受组相比,免疫清除组患者的各项指标变化明显(P<0.05);非活动组与免疫耐受组 相比各项指标大多无统计学差异(P>0.05);经统计凝血、纤溶和纤维化与HBV具有相关性,凝血功能与HBV呈负相关,纤溶与 HBV呈正相关,纤维化与HBV呈正相关。结论:患者慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染状态不同,其凝血、纤溶和纤维化水平含量有明显差 异,可作为疾病发展的监测依据,临床上值得推广。

      Objective:To explore the relationship between blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and fibrosis with chronic hepatitis B virus infection state.Methods:120 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection in our hospital were selected. After test, the patients were divided into immune clearance group, immune tolerance group, inactive group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and fibrosis level was detected and the correlation of these indexes with infection state of the patients was analyzed.Results:Compared with control group, the fibrinolytic and coagulation function in the remaining groups were decreased, and the fibrosis level was increased significantly; compared with the inactive group and immune tolerance group, the changes of indexes of immune clearance group were more obvious; between the inactive group and the immune tolerance group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The coagulation function negatively correlated with HBV infection, while the fibrinolysis and fibrosis was positively correlated with HBV infection.Conclusion:The infectious status of chronic hepatitis B virus is different, then the content of coagulation and fibrinolysis and fibrosis level are significantly differential, which can be used to monitor the development of this disease and be worthy of clinical promotion.
