| 目的：研究泌乳素（PRL）及其受体(PRLR)在乳房肥大和正常体积乳房中的表达情况，探讨乳腺组织中PRL、PRLR的表达与
乳房肥大的相关性，为乳房肥大的治疗提供方向。方法：收集2013 年1 月～2013 年4 月第四军医大学西京医院26 例乳房肥大患
者和16 例因单纯乳房下垂行乳房悬吊术患者的乳腺组织，采用免疫组织化学法检测乳腺组织标本中PRL 和PRLR 的表达。结
果：PRL在乳房肥大组和正常体积乳房组乳腺组织中的阳性细胞率分别为88.46 ℅和56.25 ℅，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.
05），且两组的PRL阳性的细胞面积、平均光密度值和累积光密度值均有统计学差异（P<0.05）。乳房肥大组和正常体积乳房组乳
腺组织中PRLR 的阳性细胞率分别为76.92 ℅和75.00 ℅，两组比较无明显的统计学差异（P>0.05），且两组间的PRLR 阳性的细
胞面积、平均光密度值、累积光密度值均无明显的统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：乳房肥大的发生可能与乳腺组织中泌乳素的表达升
高有关，而与乳腺组织中泌乳素受体的表达无关。 |

| Objective:To study the expression of PRL (prolactin) and its receptor (PRLR, prolactin receptor) in the mammary
gland of mammary hypertrophy and normal voluminal breast, and discuss the correlation between them and the mammary hypertrophy.Methods:Immunochemical method was employed to detect the expression of PRL and PRLR in 26 cases of mammary hypertrophy and
16 cases of normal voluminal breast.Results:The positive rate of PRL in mammary hypertrophy was 88.46 ℅, which was higher than
that in the normal voluminal breast (56.25 ℅)(P<0.05). There was also a significant difference between the two groups in the area of positive
cells, the mean density and the integrated optical density (P<0 05). However, compared with the group of normal voluminal breast,
the four indexes in the expression of PRLR in mammary hypertrophy group all have no significant difference（P>0.05).Conclusion:The
development of mammary hypertrophy may be related to the overexpression of PRL in the mammary gland，while the expression level of
PRLR has nothing to do with mammary hypertrophy. |
