| 目的： 研究通过多 孔高密度聚乙烯（ MEDPOR）支架植入， 一期完成全耳廓再造 + 骨锚式助听器 BAHA 安装， 术后观察耳廓
外形变化， 听力恢复程度， 了 解一期联合手术的初期临床疗效。 方法： 对前来就诊的先天性小耳畸形患者， 术前进行外形，听力 ，影
像学评估，对于 Jahrsdoerfer 评分小于及等于 5 分， 行多 孔高密度聚乙烯（ MEDPOR）支架植入， 一期耳廓再造术 + 骨锚式助听器
(BAHA)植入术。 术后两周 起，定期观察患者耳廓改善及听力恢复情况， 了 解手术的治疗效果。 结果： 临床病例 3 例， 术后两周起开
始随访， 再造耳廓外形逼真， 无支架外露； 所有患者听力均获得较大程度改善。 结论： 该方法具有疗 程短、并发症少、临床效果佳等
优点。 该方法切实可行， 可用 于临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To find out the initial clinical efficacy of one-stage auricle reconstruction and BAHA installation by
observing the change of auricle and the recovery of hearing.Methods:We assess patients with congenital microtia by shape of auricle,
hearing, image and do surgery of one-stage auricle reconstruction and BAHA installation to those whose Jahrsdoerfer scores are are less
than or equal to 5. We regularly observe the improvement of auricle and the recovery of hearing after two weeks to find out the effect of
surgery.Results:Two weeks after the operation 3 patients with Medpor implants covered with both superficial temporal fascia and
autologous flap were pleased with the shape of auricle. All of them had a better hearing.Conclusion:This kind of surgery is feasible with
short time therapy, few complications and good clinical effect and it is worth spreading clinically. |
