Toll样受体在肿瘤免疫中的机制研究已经成为Toll 样受体作为药物靶点的临床应用的关键。本文对Toll样受体在肿瘤免疫中的
机制进行综述。 |

| Toll-like receptors are the most important pattern recognition receptors in innate immunity, which play a key role in
activating immune response via recognizing pathogens during infection. Recently, it has been found that Toll-like receptors play a regulatory
role in the development of various cancers. Evidences show that Toll-like receptors are expressed in cancer cells, and proinflammatory
response induced by Toll-like receptor signaling is necessary for cancer development. However, certain ligands for Toll-like receptors
show strong anti-tumor activity. Nowadays, the mechanism of Toll-like receptors in tumor immunology has become a critical factor
in targeting on Toll-like receptors for clinical application. In this article, we reviewed recently reported studies on the mechanism of
Toll-like receptors in tumor immunology. |
