格的实验室管理制度能够保障实验室正常有序地运转，能够保障仪器设备的资源共享，能够规范实验操作，能够为研究生培养提
供一个有效、有序、有利的技术支持和硬件保障。 |

| The level of management and construction of laboratory is an important indicator of measuring teaching quality and
scientific research level of university. The routine laboratory managements have great influence on the graduate cultivation, besides the
mentor institution, the basic knowledge studies, the mid-term examinations, and the qualification of the dissertations, to promote the abilities
of the students. The standardization of management is the certification of the laboratory operating, the sharing of the facilities, and
the standardization of experimental procedures. It is also the foundation to ensure that all the elements of the laboratory to rotate in high
efficiency and harmony. |
