| 目的：探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果。方法：选取我院2012 年7 月-2013 年6 月不稳定型心绞
痛患者200 例，其中88 例设置为对照组，在常规治疗基础上应用阿司匹林；观察组112 例，在对照组基础上联合应用氯吡格雷治
疗。结果：观察组效果评分为3.87± 0.03，高于对照组3.24± 0.05 (P＜0.05)；观察组心绞痛持续时间和心绞痛发作频率分别为
3.18± 0.03 min 和1.39± 0.02 次/d，均低于对照组3.62± 0.07 min 和2.81± 0.03 次/d(P＜0.05)；观察组血浆黏度、红细胞压积和红
细胞聚积指数分别为0.78± 0.02 P a o s,0.33± 0.02 L/L 和7.13± 0.04 (P＜0.05)，均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组结果比较差异均有
统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组不良反应结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛
疗效确切，可以进一步提高患者血流变学指标。 |

| Objective:To explore the effect of combined aspirin and clopidogrel on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:200 patients
with unstable angina in our hospital were selected from July 2012 to June 2013. 88 patients were selected as control group and aspirin
was used to treat with the patients on the basis of conventional therapy; and 112 cases in the observation group were treated with combined
application of clopidogrel treatment based on the control group.Results:The score of the observation group was 3.87 ± 0.03,
higher than that of the control group3.24 ± 0.05 (P＜0.05); In observation group, the duration and frequency were 3.18 ± 0.03 min and
1.39 ± 0.02 /d, respectively which were lower than those of the control group i.e. 3.62 ± 0.07 min and 2.81 ± 0.03 /d (P < 0.05); In observation
group, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte were 0.78 ± 0.02 Pa o s, 0.33 ± 0.02 L/L and 7.13 ± 0.04 , lower than
those of the control group (P< 0.05); The results of the adverse reactions of the two groups were no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of combined aspirin and clopidogrel on treating unstable angina pectoris is favorable, which could further improve
the index of hemorheology. |
