| 目的：分析保守疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期临床疗效。方法：选取2013 年1 月～2013 年12 月来我科就诊并采取保守
疗法治疗的69 例腰椎间盘突出症患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中，37 例采用了电针、推拿、中频、牵引和功能锻练等综
合疗法(综合疗法治疗组)，32 例仅采用了药物治疗(单纯药物对照组)，比较两组治疗前后的JOA评分及VAS疼痛评分，并比较其
临床疗效。结果：治疗后，两组患者的腰椎功能JOA 评分均较治疗前明显改善(P ＜0.05)，且综合保守治疗组的JOA 评分明显高于
单纯药物对照组(p＜0.05)；两组患者的VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05)，且综合保守治疗组患者的VAS疼痛评分降
低程度明显高于单纯药物对照组(P ＜0.05)。单纯药物对照组的总有效率为71.87%，而综合保守治疗组的总有效率为91.89%，较
单纯药物对照组显著升高(P ＜0.05)。结论：与单纯药物治疗相比，采用综合保守疗法治疗腰间盘突出症的短期临床疗效更好，可
更有效改善患者的腰椎功能并缓解其疼痛。 |

| Objective:To analyze the short-term clinical effect of conservative therapy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:69
cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) admitted in our department from January 2013 to December 2013 and adopted
conservative therapy were selected, the patients' clinical data were retrospectively analyzed: 37 cases were treated with
electro-acupuncture, massage, intermediate frequency, traction and functional exercise (comprehensive therapy group); 32 cases were
given only drugs (pure drug control group). The clinical effect and JOA score, VAS pain score before and after treatment were compared
between two groups.Results:After treatment, the JOA scores of lumbar function were improved in both groups (P<0.05), and JOA score
of comprehensive therapy group was obviously higher than that of pure drug control group(p<0.05); VAS scores of both two groups were
significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), VAS pain score of comprehensive therapy group was significantly lower than
that of pure drug control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of comprehensive therapy group was 91.89%, which was obviously higher
than that of pure drug control group (71.87%, P<0.05).Conclusion:The short-term clinical effect of comprehensive therapy was superior
to pure drug therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, it could more effectively improve the lumbar function and ease the pain of
patients with lumbar disc herniation. |
