      目的:探讨异甘草酸镁注射液对大鼠梗阻性黄疸肝损伤的保护作用。方法:选用健康雄性SD 大鼠32 只,随机分成4组,每 组各8 只,分别为胆总管结扎+ 异甘草酸镁注射液常规剂量组(BMc 组);胆总管结扎+ 异甘草酸镁注射液高剂量组(BMh 组); 胆总管结扎+0.9 %生理盐水注射液组(BN组)和假手术组(Sham 组)。BN 和Sham组以生理盐水30 mg/kg/日腹腔注射,BMc 组 以异甘草酸镁30 mg/kg/ 日腹腔注射,BMh 组以异甘草酸镁60 mg/kg/日腹腔注射。术后不同时间对各组大鼠眼眶取血并获得血 清。在全自动生化分析仪器检测肝功能指标:丙氨酸氨基转移酶(Alanine aminotransferase, ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate aminotransferase, AST)、直接胆红素(Direct bilirubin, DBil)。结果:BN、BMc 和BMh 组大鼠在胆管结扎后血清中ALT 和AST 指 标明显升高。随着梗阻时间的增加,BM和BMh 组大鼠血清中ALT 和AST 的水平均明显低于BN 组(P<0.01),但两组之间并无 明显区别。手术后BN、BMc 和BMh 组大鼠在胆管结扎后血清中D-Bil 水平明显高于Sham组(P<0.01),但随着梗阻时间的延长, 各组间D-Bil的水平变化不明显。结论:异甘草酸镁注射液可以有效降低梗阻性黄疸大鼠血清转氨酶水平,对肝功能有明显的保 护作用。

      Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in rat liver injury of obstructive jaundice.Methods:Thirty-two healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (8 rats in each group), including Bile duct ligation and conventional dose of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection group (BMc group), Bile duct ligation and high dose of MagnesiumIsoglycyrrhizinate injection group (BMh group), Bile duct ligation and 0.9%Normal saline saline injection group (BN group) and sham-operation group (Sham group). The rats from BN group and Sham group were intraperitoneal injected normal saline by 30 mg/kg/day, while the rats from BMc group and BMh group were intraperitoneal injected Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate by 30 mg/kg/day and 60mg/kg/day respectively. The blood were collected from orbital cavity and centrifuged to obtain serum. The liver function indexes were analyzed by automatic biochemical instrument, including Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) and Direct Bilirubin (DBil).Results:The ALS and AST levels significantly increased in rat serumfrom BN, BMc and BMh groups after bile duct ligation. Along with the increase of the obstruction time, the ALT and AST levels in rat serum from BMc and BMh group were significantly lower than those in BN group (P<0.01), but no significant difference was found between these two groups. The serum levels of D-Bil from BN, BMc and BMh groups rats were apparently higher than that in Sham group (P<0.01), but there were no difference among the three groups along with the increase of the obstruction time.Conclusion:Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate could effectively
