| 目的：探讨DKK3 表达与卵巢上皮性癌的关系。方法：采用免疫组化法检测不同卵巢组织DKK3 蛋白表达水平，其中88 例
卵巢上皮性癌组织(以下简称卵巢癌组织)、39 例卵巢良性肿瘤组织及46 例正常卵巢组织。结果：DKK3 在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良
性肿瘤及卵巢癌组织的表达有明显差异，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。而DKK3 表达与上皮性卵巢癌的临床病理分期及分化程
度无关（P＞ 0.05）。结论：DKK3 表达水平下降与卵巢癌有关，DKK3 可作为预测卵巢癌的指标。 |

| Objective:To investigate the relationship between DKK3 expression and the epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the difference of DKK3 protein expression among normal ovarian tissues (n=46),
benign ovarian tumors (n=39), and EOC (n=88). Chi square test and Fisher's exact test were used to inspect the relevance between DKK3
expression level and clinicopathological factors.Results:DKK3 expression level downgraded in ovarian carcinoma (p＜0.05). DKK3
took no responsibility for the clinicopathologic stage and differentiated degree.Conclusion:DKK3 showed decrease in EOC, and that
DKK3 presented a potential predictor to EOC. |
