| 目的： 观察盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对不同 程度关节炎 Lequesne 评分的影响，为 关节
炎的临床治疗提供参考。 方法： 选取 2012 年 6 月至 2014 年 3 月 我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者 60 例，根据治疗方法不同 ， 将
所选患者分为观察组和对照组， 每组 30 例。 对照组患者给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖单药治疗 ， 观察组患者给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖和塞来
昔布联合治疗。 观察两种治疗方案的不良反应发生率， 比较两组患者治疗前后的 Lequesne 评分。 结果： 对照组患者不良反应的发
生率为 26.67%， 观察组为 23.33%，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）。 两组患者治疗 后的 Lequesne 评分均低于治疗 前， 且观察组患者
Lequesne 评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。 观察组不同 程度膝关节骨性关节炎患者的 Lequesne 评分均显著
低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。 结论： 盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗 膝关节骨性关节炎具有良好的临床效果，应
进一步推广应用。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib on the treatment of
knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from June 201 2 to March 201 4 were selected
and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the observation
group were treated by glucosamine hydrochloride combined with celecoxib, while the patients in the control group were treated by
glucosamine hydrochloride only. Then the adverse reactions and Lequesne scores of patients were observed and compared between the
two groups before and after the treatment.Results:There was no statistically significant difference about the adverse reactions in the two
groups (P>0.05). The Lequesne scores of patients in the two groups were lower than before, and the treatment group was lower than that
of the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of glucosamine hydrochloride
combined with celecoxib is better than either of them on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. |
