| 目的：探讨痰热清注射液治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效，观察患者治疗前后细胞因子的变化。方法：选择我院
2011 年1月至2012 年6 月收治的老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的患者80 例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各40 例。两组均给予常
规吸氧、解痉、平喘化痰等药物治疗，同时给予头孢呋辛静脉滴注，2 次/d；研究组同时给予痰热清注射液静脉滴注，1 次/d，7d 为
一个疗程，共2 个疗程。治疗前后应用酶联免疫吸附法测量两组血清肿瘤坏死因子a（Tumor necrosis factor-a,TNF-a）、白介素-6
（Interleukin -6, IL-6）、IL-8 水平。结果：①研究组患者咳嗽改善时间、呼吸困难改善时间和肺部湿啰音改善时间明显短于对照组
（P<0.05）。研究组总有效率明显高于对照组（P <0.05）。②治疗后两组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a 水平明显降低（P<0.05）；研究组血清
IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a 水平明显低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：痰热清治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作可以有效改善患者临床症状，调节
免疫功能，降低炎症反应，治疗效果较好。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of acute stage of chronic
bronchitis, and to observe the cytokines changes before and after treatment.Methods:80 old patients of acute stage of chronic bronchitis
were selected, all the patient were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The two
groups were given conventional oxygen inhalation, spasmolysis, asthma, phlegm and other drug treatment, while given cefuroxime
intravenous drip(2 times /d), the study group was given Tanreqing injection at the same time(1 time/d, 7 d for a course of treatment, for a
total of 2 courses). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8 before and after treatment.Results:The
improving time of cough, dyspnea and wet rales was shorter in the study group patients than in the control group (P<0.05). The total
effective rate of the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a of the
two groups both decreased significantly after the treatment (P<0.05), and in the study group, the levels were significantly lower than in
the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing therapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation
of chronic bronchitis, and can also regulate the immune function and reduce inflammation. |
