| 目的：研究厄贝沙坦对高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2010 年1 月至2013年12月在哈尔滨医科大学附
属第四医院心内科住院的高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者180 人。根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表17 项（HAMD）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表14 项
（HAMA）评分，将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者采用厄贝沙坦进行治疗，而对照组患者采用非洛地平进行治疗。观
察并比较两组患者平均血压的下降幅度、治疗总有效率及治疗前后焦虑抑郁量表的评分变化。结果：两组患者治疗总有效率无显
著差异（P>0.05）。与对照组相比，治疗组收缩压和舒张压降低较明显，HAMA 和HAMD 总分降低明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜
0.05）。结论：厄贝沙坦对原发性高血压伴虑患抑郁焦患者具有有良好的治疗作用。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of irbesartan on the treatment of essential hypertension combined with
depression and anxiety.Methods:180 patients with essential hypertension combined with depression and anxiety who were treated in our
hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group
according to the HAMD and HAMA. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Irbesartan, while the patients in the control
group were treated with felodipine. Then the blood pressure, total efficacy and the scores of HAMD and HAMA of patients in the two
groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:There was no statistically significant difference about the
total efficacy between two groups (P>0.05); Compared with the control group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the scores of
HAMD and HAMA of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Aprovel has a good effect in treatment of hypertension in patients with essential hypertension combined with anxiety and
depression. |
