| Ebola disease, which is caused by a kind of Filoviridae, Ebola virus, pose a grave threat to human health and life. In
this article, the progresses in the research of Filoviridae's biological characteristics, pathogenic mechanism, immune responses, treatment
and vaccines, were reviewed, in order to reveal the rules of Filoviridae infectious diseases, which are helpful to develop an efficient
method to prevent and treat Ebola disease potentially. |
