目的:观察西药抗氧化剂依达拉奉联合中药葛根素在帕金森病治疗中的效果及安全评价。方法:选取2011 年8 月-2013 年
12 月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院神经内科收治的帕金森病人80 例,随机均分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予口服美多巴,同
时静滴依达拉奉和葛根素,对照组仅予口服美多巴治疗,疗程2 周,治疗前后比较UPDRS 评分、不良反应,观察血清氧化酶学指
标的变化。结果:治疗后,实验组的四项UPDRS评分改善均显著优于对照组,且实验组不良反应亦显著低于对照组;两组患者的
血清氧化酶学指标检测与治疗前比有明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口服美多巴治疗基础上,联合应用依
达拉奉和葛根素,对帕金森病的治疗显示出更好的效果,并有利于减轻药物的不良反应,可能跟调控抗氧化酶有关。 |

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of antioxidant edaravone combined with traditional Chinese
medicine puerarin on Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods:Eighty patients of Parkinson's disease selected fromAugust 2011 to December
2013 in the Department of Neurology, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were divided into control group and
experimental group randomly and averagely. The experimental group was asked to take oral Madopar, combined with edaravone and
puerarin injection, while the control group took conventional oral Madopar alone. Unified Parkinson's disease Rating Scala (UP- DRS)
examination was carried out and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in plasma was analyzed before and after the treatment course of two
weeks.Results:Compared with control group, 4 type UPDRS score in PD patients of experimental group decreased obviously after two
weeks' therapy (P<0.05) and adverse reaction was markedly lower than that of control group, the activity of antioxidant enzymes was obviously
changed (P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of edaravone and puerarin based on regular therapy of taking oral Madopar
has more potent therapeutic effect than taking oral Madopar only, and possess less adverse reaction for PD patients, probably involved in
regulation of activity of antioxidant enzymes. |
