| 目的：观察柴胡莪术汤联合针刺治疗肝癌介入术后顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法：选择本院2013 年1 月-2014 年1 月收治肝癌
介入术后发生顽固性呃逆的患者60 例作为研究对象，按照数字随机法分为两组，对照组采取针刺太冲、足三里、内关及公孙穴位
进行治疗，观察组在此基础上联合应用柴胡莪术汤进行治疗，疗程为10 天，观察并比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应的
发生情况。结果：观察组治愈19 例（63.3 %），显效7 例（23.3 %），有效3 例（10.0 %），治疗总有效率为96.7 %；对照组治愈13 例
（43.3 %），显效6 例（20.0 %），有效6 例（20.0 %），治疗总有效率为83.3 %。观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学
意义（X2=7.95，P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：柴胡莪术汤配合针刺治疗肝癌介入术后顽
固性呃逆疗效较佳，且不良反应少，较为安全，具有重要临床应用价值。 |

| Objective:To observe the effect of bupleurum chinense and curcuma zedoaria rosc soup combined with acupuncture
therapy in the treatment of intractable hiccup in liver cancer after intervention operation.Methods:60 liver cancer patients with intractable
hiccup after intervention operation treated in our hospital from January 2013 to 2014 were selected and randomly divided into
two groups. The patients in the control group were adopted the acupuncture at Taichong, Zusanli, Neiguan, Gongsun point, while the patients
in the observation group were treated with bupleurum chinense and curcuma zedoaria rosc soup besides the regular treatment as
control group. Then the clinical effects and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:In the
observation group, there were cured in 19 cases (63.3 %), excellent in 7 cases (23.3 %), effective in 3 cases (10 %), the total efficiency
was 29 cases (96.7 %) which was higher than that of the control group with significant differences (X2=7.95, P<0.05). There was no significant
difference about the complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of bupleurum chinense and curcuma zedoaria
rosc soup combined with acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccup after interventional treatment is better with less adverse
reactions. |
