Young teachers are the main force of the universities, the reserve force of sustainable development, and the hope of
the university and college business development. Therefore, it is essential to improve the teaching level of young teachers. University
young teachers have a good foundation in the professional skills, ideological and political quality, professional level, master professional
reading ability, their own teaching experience and reflection and so on, but no deep understanding in pedagogy, psychology, teaching
methods, and learning situation analysis. Therefore, the need for university young teachers to receive strict systematic training. In this
paper, one-on-one mentoring professional skills training, teaching observation, continuing education and training and other ways of
training on the young teachers are illustrated, which aims to provide reference for young teachers to enter the role, competent education
