| 目的：探讨脑胶质瘤术后患者定期口服化疗药物的护理要点。方法：对31 胶质瘤患者口服替莫唑胺胶囊化疗，全程观察治疗
过程中所出现的护理问题，包括胃肠道反应和血液学反应，并采取相应的护理措施。结果：本组病例均能顺利完成化疗全程，无一
例口服替莫唑胺出现的毒性反应影响化疗。结论：良好的护理可预防或减轻口服替莫唑胺胶囊的副作用，确保口服化疗顺利进行。 |

| Objective:To explore the nursing experience on oral medication of temozolomide after glioma surgery.Methods:31
patients were treated by oral medication of temozolomide after glioma surgery. All the possible nursing problems in chemotherapy were
observed and dealt with, including gastrointestinal and hematological adverse reactions.Results:All the patients finished the
chemotherapy successfully. The toxic reaction in some cases did not influence the chemotherapy.Conclusion:Good nursing will be
helpful for the prevention and alleviation of the side effect of temozolomide. |
