| 目的：观察进口普罗布考对高脂血症患者的降脂作用，并评价其疗效。方法：纳入符合要求的高脂血症患者264 例，应用优
效性设计，并随机分为实验组（普罗布考）和对照组（安慰剂），其中实验组127 例，对照组137 例。检测总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯
（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）等血脂指标；分别于访视0、访
视2、访视3 时进行测量，共观察8 周。结果：实验后4周及8 周TC与LDL-C 均较实验前降低，且普罗布考对TC和LDL-C 的降
低作用明显优于安慰剂；实验后4 周及8 周oxLDL在两组间均无明显降低，且试验后普罗布考与安慰剂组间无差异；实验后4周
及8 周普罗布考对TG 均有降低趋势，但是与安慰剂相比没有统计学意义；而普罗布考降低HDL-C 较安慰剂显著。结论：本试验
证实进口普罗布考对降低中国高血脂症患者血脂中TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 有明显作用，适宜推广。 |

| Objective:To observe and evaluate the curative effect of imported probucol on the treatment of hyperlipemia.Methods:264 patients with hyperlipemia were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group (probucol, n=127) and the control
group (placebo, n=137). Then the total cholesterol (TC), the triglyceride (TG), the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), the
high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), the oxidized low density lipoprotein (oxLDL) and the other serum lipid markers were detected.
The detection were taken at interview 0, interview 2 and interview 3 and the observation lasted for 8 weeks.Results:After 4 to 8
weeks, TC and LDL-C both decreased and the decrease was more obvious in probucol group than that of the placebo group; oxLDL
showed no decrease in both groups and no differences between the two groups; TG in probucol group showed tendency of decreasing
with no statistical significance compared with placebo group; HDL-C demonstrated more obvious decrease in probucol group than in
placebo group.Conclusion:It proved that imported probucol had an evident effect in reducing TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in serum lipid of
Chinese patients with hyperlipidemia and should be extensively applied. |
