目的:本文通过调查部分军队医院患者对护理工作的评价及需求,为提高军队医院的护理服务质量提供有利资料。方法:随
机抽取四所三级甲等军队医院的380 名住院患者进行问卷调查,调查患者对护理工作的满意程度及需求。结果:患者对护理服务
技术满意度为43.2%,对态度满意度为37.3%,对环境和健康教育满意度分别为59.5%和55%;患者最需要的知识为康复知识,占
46.1%;患者对护理人员热情工作态度的期许和需求最高,达到38.2%;其次为熟练工作技能,占28.4%。结论:从患者角度出发,真
正落实以民文本的原则,切实为患者服务,改善护理服务质量已经成为护理领域的核心内容,应得到各个军队医院的重视,落实
优质护理服务工作。 |

Objective:This essay is written to come up with the advices to improve the quality of nursing in military hospitals by
exploring the evaluation and requirement of patients for nursing.Methods:380 cases who were treated in different department of four
class A tertiary military hospitals were randomly selected to complete the questionnaires about the evaluation and demands of nursing.Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing service, nursing attitude, environment and health education were 43.2%, 37.3%, 59.5%and 55%
respectively; the knowledge most in need was rehabilitation knowledge, accounting for 46.1%; the expectation and need on enthusiastic
working attitudes of nursing staff was the highest, reaching 38.2%; followed by the work skills, accounting for 28.4%.Conclusion:With
the principle of "patient-oriented", the military hospital nursing should improve the nursing service quality on the basis of patients'
demands has become the core content of nursing, which should be paid more attention to carry out the high quality nursing service. |
