| 目的：观察宫颈癌组织中Th1/Th2 类细胞因子的漂移情况。方法：选以IL-2 和IFN-γ 代表Th1 类细胞因子，IL-4 和IL-6代
表Th2 类细胞因子，通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测25 例宫颈癌癌组织中Th1/Th2 类细胞因子mRNA的表达。结果：
IIIB 期宫颈癌组织中，Th1 型细胞因子的表达显著低于IB 期、IIA 期、IIB 期，Th2 型细胞因子的表达显著高于IB 期、IIA 期、IIB
期，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期宫颈癌以Th1 型细胞因子表达为主。25 例宫颈癌组织中，13 例呈典型的Th1 类细
胞因子的强势表达，7例为Th2 型，5 例为Th0 型，随着宫颈癌分期的增高，由Th1 向Th2 漂移(P<0.05)。结论：IB 期、IIA 期、IIB 期
宫颈癌患者组织中细胞因子呈Th1状态，IIIA 期呈Th0状态，IIIB 期呈Th2状态，随着宫颈癌分期的增高，由Th1 向Th2漂移。 |

| Objective:To study the shift of Th1/Th2 in patients with cervical cell carcinoma.Methods: The mRNA expression of
Th1/Th2 cytokines in 25 cervical cell carcinoma tissues were detected by RT-PCR using IL-2 and IFN-γas Th1 cytokine genes and IL-4
and IL-6 as Th2 cytokine genes.Results:The mRNA expression of Th1 cytokines were significantly lower in the IIIB phase than those in
the IB phase, IIA phase and IIB phase (P<0.05). The mRNA expression of Th2 cytokines were significantly higher in the IIIB phase than
those in the IB phase, IIA phase and IIB phase (P<0.05). Th1 type cytokines were mainly expressed in the phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ cervical cell
carcinoma, in 25 cases of cervical cell carcinoma, 13 cases showed strong expression of Th1 type cytokines typical of 25 cases of cervical
carcinoma, 7 cases of type Th2, 5 cases of type Th0, the shift from Th1 to Th2 with the stage increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Th1
state was the cytokine IB stage, IIA stage, IIB stage patients with cervical cancer tissues, IIIA was Th0, IIIB was Th2, the shift from Th1
to Th2 with the stage increased. |
