| 目的：分析永久心脏起搏器植入术出现并发症的原因、相关因素及预防措施。方法：回顾分析2009 年1 月～ 2011 年12 月
321例永久心脏起搏器植入患者的临床资料。其中男172 例，女149 例，平均年龄56.7± 18.4 岁。其中病态窦房结综合征136 例，
三度房室阻滞97 例；二度II型房室阻滞76例，起搏器更换35 例。结果：321 例植入永久心脏起搏器患者中发生并发症17 例，发
生率为5.29 %。其中与囊袋相关并发症4 例，电极导线相关并发症4 例、起搏器相关并发症2 例，术中操作所致并发症3 例。结
论：深化对起搏器常见临床并发症的了解，进一步完善术前准备,重视术中规范操作并加强术后管理，可降低其并发症的发生率。

| Objective:To investigate the causes and treatments of common complications of permanence pacemaker implantation.Methods:The clinical data of 321 patients implanted with pacemaker were retrospectively reviewed. There were 172 male and 149
female patients, including sick sinus syndrome (SSS): 136 cases, complete atrioventricular block 97cases, second degree atrial ventricular
block:76 cases and pacemaker replacement: 35 casess. The average age of included patients was 56.7± 18.4 years old. Results:Among
the 321 patients, there were 17 patients with complications (5.29%), includeding: blood effusion and hematoma in pocket (4 cases), infection
(4 cases), electrode dislocation (4 cases), pacemaker syndrome (1 case) and pneumothorax occurred in 1 patients.Conclusion:Pacemaker
implantation is associated with a notable complication risk，and these complications could be significantly decreased with careful
decision and appropriate treatment. |
