| 随着我国经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，在对一线生产部门提出更高要求的同时也对各机关、厂矿、企业的
后勤部门做出了相应的调整。后勤是国民生产的后盾和保障，而后勤机关干部素质直接关系到后勤部门的具体工作质量和效率，
所以切实提高后勤干部素质是提高后勤部门工作质量和效率的关键。本文通过深入分析当前后勤机关干部所存在的问题和现
状，提出了一些对策和建议，期望对各部门企业的后勤工作起到一定的帮助作用。 |

| With the development of economy and improvement of people's living standards in China, higher requirements are
needed at the production line departments and the departments of the organs, factories, mines. Logistical is the guarantee of the national
production. The quality of the logistics cadres directly related to the specific quality and efficiency of the logistics sector. Efficiency
improvement of the logistical quality of cadres is the key to improve the work quality and efficiency of the logistics sector. In-depth
