| 目的：观察短期胰岛素强化治疗初发2 型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择近年来诊治的102 例初发2 型糖尿病患
者，随机分为短期胰岛素强化治疗组和常规治疗组，两组患者均给予控制饮食和体育锻炼。结果：胰岛素强化治疗组的糖化血红
蛋白及Homa-IR显著优于对照组，两组患者的并发症发生情况无明显差异。结论：采用短期胰岛素强化治疗初发2 型糖尿病具有
临床疗效好，依从性高，安全性高等优点，值得临床进一步研究使用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of patients of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus
treated with short term intensive insulin. Methods: 102 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were selected, and randomly divided into
short term intensive insulin treatment group and routine treatment group. Two groups of patients were given diet controlling and physical
exercise. Results: The glycosylated hemoglobin and Homa-IR of intensive insulin therapy group were significantly better than those of
the control group. The complications of two groups of patients had no significant difference. Conclusion: The use of short-term intensive
insulin treatment in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes had good clinical curative effect, high compliance, high safety, so it was worthy of
further clinical study. |
