| 目的：检测胎盘组织中IFN-γ 和IL-4 的表达，探讨IFN-γ 和IL-4 在子痫前期的发病中的作用。方法：采用原位杂交法检测
了20 例正常妊娠孕妇和34 例子痫前期组（包括16 例轻度和18 例重度）中的IFN-γ 、IL-4 mRNA 的表达水平，并通过图像分析
系统对染色结果进行定量分析。结果： (1)IL-4 mRNA 的表达在正常妊娠组、子痫前期轻度组和子痫前期重度组的表达无差异
(P>0.05)。(2) 与正常妊娠组、子痫前期轻度组相比，子痫前期重度组IFN-γ mRNA 的表达有差异性(P<0.05)；子痫前期轻度组与正
常妊娠组相比无差异(P>0.05)。(3) 与正常妊娠组相比，子痫前期轻度组、重度组IFN-γ mRNA／IL-4 mRNA 的比值均有差异性
(P<0.05)，且随病情的加重比值增大。结论：Thl/Th2 细胞因子的平衡偏离可能是导致子痫前期发病的病因之一。 |

| Objective: To detect the expressions of IL-4 mRNA and IFN-γ mRNA in placenta of preeclampsia patients, and to
explore the cause of preeclampsia. Methods: Patients with preeclampsia were chosen as the study group and normal pregnancy as and
control group. The placental Th1-type cytokines IFN-γ mRNA and Th2-type cytokines IL-4 mRNA of the two groups are marked with in
situ hybridization method, and the staining results were quantitatively detected and compared by color pathology image analysis system.
Results:(1) The expressions of IL-4 mRNA were not statistically different between normal pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group and
severe preeclampsia group (P>0.05). (2) Compared with normal pregnancy group and mild pre-eclampsia group, the expression of IFN-γ
mRNA was significantly different in severe pre-eclampsia group (P <0.05); There was no difference between the mild preeclampsia
group and normal pregnancy group (P>0.05). (3) Compared with normal pregnancy group, the IFN-γ mRNA/IL-4 mRNA ratio had difference
in mild and severe preeclampsia group (P<0.05), and increased along with disease severity. Conclusion: The imbalance of Th1/Th2
cytokine may be one of the causes for preeclampsia. |
