| 目的：探讨介入栓塞治疗对产后出血的治疗效果和应用价值。方法：回顾性分析在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院住院分娩
发生产后出血并应用介入技术治疗的16 例患者的临床资料。结果：16 例患者中有15 例一次栓塞成功，均未出现严重并发症及异
常阴道流血，未哺乳者术后6-8 周恢复正常月经，哺乳者于结束哺乳后4-8 周恢复正常月经；1 例于栓塞后16 小时再次出现大量
阴道流血，而改行子宫次全切除术。结论：介入栓塞治疗直观性强、创伤微小、并发症少、止血较快，并保留生育功能，有条件的医
院可作为首选治疗方法。 |

| Objective: To assess the effect and value of interventional embolization in treating postpartum hemorrhage. Methods:
Retrospective review was carried out on 16 women who received interventional embolization therapy after postpartum hemorrhage in the
first affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university. Results: Fifteen cases were successfully cured postoperatively. No severe complications
and abnormal colporrhagia were observed. The menstruations were recovered 4-8 weeks after lactation in the patients who suckled,
while 6-8 weeks after operation in the ones who never suckled. One case underwent subtotal hysterectomy because of severe colporrhagia
sixteen hours after embolization. Conclusion: With the characteristics of direct-viewing, small tresis vulnus, less complications, fast
haemostasis and keeping productive function, interventional embolization could be the preferred therapy in those hospitals which have
the interventional condition. |
