措施效果并不确切，因此有效的神经系统监测关系到外科手术的成败和病人的预后。本文从术中脑组织氧供需平衡、栓子的监
测、生化标志物和术后神经功能监测四个方面综述目前脑损伤监测的新进展。 |

| Brain injury is considered to be one serious consequence of cardiopumonary bypass (CPB) after cardiac surgery. Currently
the number of such patients was increasing year by year around the world, but the applied cerebral protection showed no exact effects.
Therefore, the effective monitoring of the neural system is much concerned with the success of surgery and the patient's prognosis.
In this paper, we reviewed the advances in monitor progress of brain injury on perioperative cardiopulmonary bypass in recent years, including
intraoperative cerebral oxygen supply-demand balance, emboli monitoring, biochemical markers and postoperative neurological
monitoring. |
