目的:通过正交实验优选了地黄中梓醇的微波提取工艺。方法:以地黄粗提液中梓醇含量为指标,HPLC 为含量测定方法,
采用正交实验法,选取乙醇浓度(A)、料液比(B)、提取时间(C)和提取次数(D)4 个因素,每个因素选取3 个水平进行实验,确定了最
佳提取工艺。结果:研究结果表明乙醇浓度为60 %,料液比为4,微波提取3 次,每次3 min 为梓醇的最佳提取工艺。结论:微波辅
助提取地黄中梓醇效率高,提取完全,方法可行。 |

Objective: To optimize the microwave assisted extraction technology of catalpol from Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.
Methods: The content of catalpol in the extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The orthogonal test
table L9(34) was used with the factors of concentration of ethanol(A), ratio of solvent to material(B), extracting time(C) and extracting
times (D). Results: According to the results of the test, the optimum extraction conditions for catalpol were 60 % ethanol, material to
liquid phase 4 w/v, 3 minutes and 3 times extraction. Conclusions: The extraction rate of catalpol is high and steady by this technology,
which provides new evidence for further utilization. |
