      目的:探讨TUNEL 法检测抑郁模型大鼠海马神经元细胞凋亡的改良方法。方法:20 只SD 大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型 组。复制孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性的应激抑郁模型(21 天)。分别采用TUNEL 试剂盒标准法和改良法观察大鼠海马区凋亡细 胞的变化。结果:改良法与试剂盒标准法比较,非特异性染色明显减轻,背景清晰,差异明显。结论:改良的TUNEL 法检测海马神 经元细胞凋亡结果更真实可靠。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the method to detect the hippocampus apoptosis of chronic stress depression rats. Methods: 20 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and model group. The model group was given the chronic unpredicted mild stress for 21 days to induce depression. The hippocampus apoptosis was detected by the TUNEL kit method and the improvement method. Results: Compared with TUNEL kit method, the improvement method avoided false positive reactivity, and a clear background was observed. Conclusion: The improvement TUNEL method is a better way to detect the hippocampus apoptosis of chronic stress depression rats.
