近年来,许多文献报道了槲皮素发挥生物活性的机制,发现槲皮素并不只是通过抗氧化机制发挥活性。细胞因子及细胞信
号转导在槲皮素发挥生物活性的过程中也起到了重要作用。另一方面,有研究表明,口服生物利用度不高、首关效应强是阻碍食
物中槲皮素充分发挥生物活性的重要原因。然而,槲皮素的体内分布和代谢特征又给予它发挥在体活性的潜力。因此,槲皮素很
有研究价值。本文主要介绍槲皮素的作用机制,并阐述其药动学特点,为人们对槲皮素的进一步研究提供参考。 |

Recent papers revealed the mechanisms of some bioactivities of quercetin and found that anti-oxidation was not the
only mechanism. Cytokines and cellular signal transductions also play an important role in the process of showing bioactivities. On the
other hand, many researches indicated that low bioavailability and strong first-pass effect were the main reason to hamper bioactivity of
quercetin from food. However, the distribution and metabolism of quercetin gave it some potential of showing in vivo activities. Hence, it
is worthy to study on quercetin. This article introduces pharmacokinetics of quercetin and mechanisms of its bioactivities to provide information
for further study. |
